sheet metal, fabrication, welding, cold bending, product designing, product assembling and electroplating.
Components can be produced in cold forging from 50 Grams to 2000 grams, with modern hydraulic cold forging presses. In house tool design and tool room facility enables 'first time right' products in this category and also makes Vibgyor 'Price Competitive'.
The integrated fully automated cold sawing and phosphating facility results in rapid production, thus meeting the high volume requirements.
Our latest, state of art, projection welding and automated CO2 welding with pull load testing meets the stringent "safety critical component" norms, which make us a reputed manufacturer for OEMs.
With our exclusive press shop facility, where mechanical presses ranges from 10 Tons to 150 Tons, we are able to produce sheet metal parts of different shapes and thickness
